The granddaughter of an iron ore miner, Amy Klobuchar ran the state’s largest prosecutor’s office as Hennepin County Attorney and has served Minnesota in the United States Senate, where she was ranked number one for bipartisan bills and number three out of 100 for passing bills into law. As Governor, Klobuchar will transform our government and make it work for Minnesotans.
A former mayor of Fergus Falls and small business owner, Ben Schierer has spent his career devoted to economic development in rural Minnesota. Schierer is proud to continue that work as Minnesota’s next Lieutenant Governor, and is the first person elected statewide from the Seventh District in over 90 years.
